Creating a regular dialogue with your customers and prospects is a necessary evil – you know its important to keep your database abreast of what you’re up to but trying to plan, write and coordinate copy on a regular basis is a very time consuming process.

When the University of Surrey wanted to produce a bi-monthly internal newsletter for their staff they handed the whole job over to Cobalt Blue. We took control of the whole process from start to finish, planning content, interviewing University staff for stories as well as drafting and editing the newsletters. And we didn’t stop there – we also liaised with a designer and the University’s own print department to ensure the newsletter was printed and delivered on time.
