Cobalt was created to provide ‘PR with sanity’. The PR industry has only one resource – its staff. Yet, it seems that many things are endemic in the industry – high staff turnover rates, cost down mentality (delegate to most junior member) and administration for administration’s sake.

We put our people first, who work professionally and to time. We don’t over-burden the most junior staff. The experienced people you see at the pitch are those that work day-to-day with the clients.

We provide clients with highly experienced consultants. Our staff are IT specialists that have worked for some of the country’s leading tech PR agencies. They’re also fully rounded professionals – we don’t compartmentalise the PR function. For instance, all our staff can write – we don’t outsource to journalists.
